The Snowflake SnowPro Advanced: Architect Certification is an advanced, role-based credential for experienced practitioners who design enterprise Snowflake solutions. It validates the ability to design end-to-end data architectures on Snowflake - account and database strategy (single- and multi-account, and multi-cloud), security, privacy, compliance and governance design, data engineering and data flow from source to consumption, and performance and cost optimisation, including secure data sharing via the Marketplace and Data Exchange. The certification is earned by one exam (ARA-C01): 65 questions in 115 minutes (multiple-choice, multiple-select and true/false), delivered online-proctored through the Snowflake Certification Portal or at a test centre. You pass with a scaled score of 750 out of 1000.
Data and solutions architects who can design enterprise Snowflake environments are in high demand. The SnowPro Advanced: Architect Certification proves you can make sound architectural decisions on Snowflake - across account strategy, security, data engineering and performance. It is a senior, high-value credential that employers often reimburse, and the flagship of the SnowPro Advanced role-based certifications.
