Certified ScrumMaster® | Live Course Led by a Certified Scrum Trainer® | Exam & Membership Included
Group Enrollment with Friends or Colleagues | Get a quote

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)® is the entry-level certification from Scrum Alliance and one of the most recognised Scrum Master credentials in the world. It proves you understand the Scrum framework well enough to serve a team as a Scrum Master - facilitating the events, coaching the team on Scrum, and removing the impediments that slow delivery down. Unlike broader agile certifications, CSM is focused entirely on Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. And unlike an exam you can simply book, CSM has one firm requirement: you must complete a 16-hour course taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer before you can take the test. That course is exactly what this programme provides. You need no prior experience and no prerequisites. Over two days of live, interactive training you will learn the three accountabilities, the five events and the three artifacts, and practise applying them to real team situations. Your registration includes access to the official CSM exam, your certification on passing, and a complimentary two-year Scrum Alliance membership.
Scrum is the most widely used agile framework, and the Scrum Master is one of the most in-demand roles on agile teams. CSM is the entry- level credential that gets you into that role: it is one of the certifications employers name most often when hiring Scrum Masters, agile team leads and delivery leads, and it is a recognised first step whether you are moving from project coordination, development, business analysis or testing into agile delivery.
