The TOGAF 9 Certified qualification (Level 2) proves that you can analyse and apply the TOGAF framework, based on the TOGAF Standard, Version 9.2. It goes beyond the knowledge tested at Foundation and focuses on applying the ADM in realistic scenarios. There are two ways to earn it. If you are new to TOGAF, take the Combined exam (OG0-093) in a single sitting - it has no prerequisite and covers both levels. If you already hold TOGAF 9 Foundation, take just Part 2 (OG0-092); note that Part 2 on its own requires you to already hold TOGAF 9 Foundation. The Level 2 content is 8 complex, scenario-based questions, open book (an electronic copy of the specification is provided), gradient scored; you pass with 60% (24 of 40 points). On the Combined exam you also sit the Part 1 section (40 multiple-choice, closed book, 55%). This is the Version 9.2 credential; the 10th-Edition equivalent is the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner (OGEA-102 / OGEA-103). The certification does not expire.
TOGAF 9 Certified is the applied credential - it tells employers you can actually use TOGAF on real architecture work, not just define the terms. It is the level most enterprise-architect roles look for, it is vendor-neutral and portable, it does not expire, and it is the natural step up from TOGAF 9 Foundation.
