Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is the intermediate level, where you move from supporting improvement projects to leading your own. Building on the DMAIC roadmap (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control), you learn to run smaller improvement projects part-time, alongside your normal role, using real data and statistical tools. Where a Yellow Belt understands the method and supports a project, a Green Belt scopes a project, gathers and analyses the data, tests ideas, implements improvements and holds the gains - and often works under the guidance of a Black Belt on larger efforts. This course prepares you for the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exam, which is vendor-neutral, needs no work experience, and does not expire. For learners who specifically want the ASQ certification, we also offer ASQ preparation - note that ASQ requires around three years of relevant work experience and renews every three years. It is a serious, practical qualification - and the natural next step after Yellow Belt, before the advanced Black Belt.
