Experience Cloud consultant | Designing, Building and Implementing Experience Cloud sites
Group Enrollment with Friends or Colleagues | Get a quote

The Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (formerly the Community Cloud Consultant) validates your ability to design, build and implement Experience Cloud sites - branded, secure digital experiences for customers, partners and employees. This course prepares you for the exam: Experience Cloud basics and use cases; sharing, visibility and licensing for external users; branding, personalization and content in Experience Builder; templates and themes; administration, setup and configuration (including partner relationship management, guest-user public pages and delegated external administrators); site management; analytics; and integration and customisation considerations. You earn it by passing one exam (60 questions plus up to 5 unscored, 105 minutes) delivered by Pearson VUE - at a test centre or online - with the voucher purchased through Trailhead Academy. The exam is scenario-based, and the passing score is reported differently across sources (around 63-68%) - confirm the current figure in the official exam guide. The Salesforce Platform Administrator credential is required first, and around 6 months of hands-on Experience Cloud experience is expected.
Portals, help sites and partner/customer communities are used across many industries, so skilled Experience Cloud consultants are in steady demand. This credential proves you can design, build and implement Experience Cloud sites - branding, templates, content, and (the hardest part) sharing and visibility for external users. Because it builds on the Platform Administrator credential and is mostly declarative, it is accessible to the large base of certified administrators, not only developers.
