Course Overview

PRINCE2 Agile is the world's most complete agile project management certification - it combines the proven governance of PRINCE2 with the flexibility and responsiveness of agile. Instead of choosing between "structured" and "agile", you learn to do both: keep clear direction, business justification and control, while delivering in an agile way using methods like Scrum and Kanban. You will learn how PRINCE2 and agile fit together, how to decide how much agile to use (the "Agilometer"), what to fix and what to flex, and how to tailor PRINCE2 for an agile project. It is ideal for project managers moving into agile environments, and for agile teams that need more structure and governance. PRINCE2 Agile is delivered by PeopleCert - the same globally recognised examination body behind PRINCE2 and ITIL. It comes in two levels: Foundation (understand how PRINCE2 and agile work together) and Practitioner (apply and tailor it on a real project). Foundation has no prerequisites; Practitioner requires an eligible prior certification - any PRINCE2 certification, PMP, CAPM or an IPMA level. Both certificates are recognised worldwide, delivered by online-proctored exam, and valid for 3 years.
