Dynamics 365 Sales AI Consultant training (AB-210) - the new Microsoft Associate certification for AI-powered selling in Dynamics 365 Sales. The AI successor to the retired MB-280.
Group Enrollment with Friends or Colleagues |
The Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales AI Consultant Associate certification (exam AB-210, "Accelerating Sales Pipelines with AI in Dynamics 365") is a role-based, Associate-level credential from Microsoft, part of the new AB (AI Business) series. It validates the ability to configure Dynamics 365 Sales and apply its AI and agent capabilities to accelerate the sales pipeline. This course prepares you for the exam: configuring core Dynamics 365 Sales; designing and optimising AI-driven selling (the Sales accelerator, conversational intelligence, predictive lead and opportunity scoring, relationship intelligence, forecasting and Copilot); implementing the Sales Qualification Agent; implementing the Sales Opportunity, Close and Research Agents; and extending Dynamics 365 Sales (mobile app, Teams, SMS, Power Automate and embedded Power Apps and Power BI). It is the AI-focused successor to the retired MB-280 (which retired on 31 July 2026). Note that Customer Insights is no longer in scope - AB-210 narrows to Sales and goes deeper on AI, Copilot and sales agents.
AI is reshaping how sales teams work, and Microsoft is putting Copilot and autonomous sales agents at the centre of Dynamics 365 Sales. Organisations need consultants who can configure these AI capabilities - predictive scoring, conversational intelligence, forecasting, and the new Qualification, Opportunity, Close and Research agents - to accelerate their pipeline. AB-210 is Microsoft's new credential for exactly that role. As the first wave of AI-in-sales certifications, it positions you early in a fast-growing area.
