This course prepares you for the exam across its six domains: data modelling and database design; Salesforce data management; master data management; data governance; large data volumes (LDV); and data migration - with a strong focus on the scenario-based decisions the exam is known for. You earn it by passing one exam (60 multiple-choice/multiple-select questions plus up to 5 unscored, 105 minutes) delivered by Pearson VUE - at a test centre or online - with the voucher purchased through Trailhead Academy. It is architect-tier: $400 for a first attempt and $200 for a retake (plus taxes). The passing score is reported differently across sources (around 58-68%) - confirm the current figure in the official exam guide. There is no prerequisite, though Salesforce recommends solid hands-on data-architecture experience.
