SAFe® Agilist Certification Training (Leading SAFe®) | Leading SAFe delivered by a certified SPC
Group Enrollment with Friends or Colleagues | Get a quote

SAFe Agilist is the flagship certification of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the most widely adopted approach for scaling agile across large organisations. Earned through the "Leading SAFe" course, it is designed for the leaders, managers and change agents who guide a Lean-Agile transformation - executives, directors, programme managers, and anyone helping their enterprise adopt SAFe. The certification is earned by attending a two-day Leading SAFe course delivered by a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), then passing the online SAFe Agilist exam (access is included, usually for 30 days after the course). There are no formal prerequisites to attend, though several years of experience helps with the exam. In this course you will learn the principles of Lean-Agile thinking, how SAFe organises work through Agile Release Trains, how a Programme Increment (PI) Planning event aligns everyone, and how leaders drive a transformation from the top. The current SAFe courses are updated and now include AI-empowered ways of working.
SAFe is the most widely adopted framework for scaling agile in large enterprises, and SAFe Agilist is its most recognised certification. For leaders and change agents, it signals that you can guide a Lean-Agile transformation at scale - a skill in high demand across large organisations, government and consulting. Because it is the flagship credential, it is also the natural first step into the wider SAFe certification family.
