The PMI PMO Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP)TM is PMI's credential for people who build, run and improve Project Management Offices that deliver real business value. It is the successor to the well-known PMO-CP from the PMO Global Alliance, now backed by PMI - proof that you can turn a PMO from a reporting function into a strategic engine for project success. What makes it accessible is its low barrier. Unlike specialist credentials that demand years of niche experience, PMI-PMOCP asks for a secondary diploma, some project experience, and just 10 hours of PMO education. If you already hold a PMP, the experience requirement is waived entirely - you need only the PMO education and the exam. Our programme delivers the PMO education PMI requires and prepares you thoroughly for the exam: 120 questions across six domains covering how to align a PMO to strategy, design and structure it, run and improve its services, and lead its people. You will work through the real practices of a modern, value-driven PMO, not theory. You finish with the education hours documented, full exam preparation, and guidance on completing your application.
The PMO has become a strategic function. Organisations no longer want a PMO that just tracks and reports - they want one that delivers value, aligns projects to strategy, and improves how the whole organisation runs projects.
