Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner | Advanced trainer-led A-CSPO Training
Group Enrollment with Friends or Colleagues | Get a quote

A-CSPO (Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner) is the next step for Product Owners who already hold CSPO and have been doing the job. Where CSPO teaches the role, A-CSPO deepens it - sharpening the skills that separate a capable Product Owner from an outstanding one: managing a complex backlog, working with real stakeholder tension, validating product ideas, and leading with a clear product strategy. Because it is an advanced certification, A-CSPO has prerequisites. To be certified you must already hold a Scrum Alliance CSPO (active or expired) and validate at least 12 months of work experience specific to the Product Owner role within the last five years. The course is delivered live by an approved Scrum Alliance trainer and includes an assessment set by that trainer. This is not a first Scrum course. It is designed for people who have felt the everyday challenges of product ownership - competing priorities, unclear requirements, difficult stakeholders - and want advanced tools and techniques to handle them.
A-CSPO signals that you are not just a Product Owner but an advanced one - someone who can set product strategy, handle complex backlogs and stakeholders, and lead a team toward real outcomes. For experienced Product Owners, it is a credible way to stand out, move toward senior product roles, and progress toward the top-of-track CSP-PO. Because it requires both CSPO and a year of experience, holding A-CSPO also demonstrates a genuine track record, not just course attendance.
